It’s a quest that began on a fazenda in Brazil, then with growers in Costa Rica, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Mexico and the Congo. Through his contact with them, he discovered the pleasure of tasting coffee, which is expressed more than ever today through sharing.

Plantation experience

Thirty years in coffee growing, bean preparation, trading, roasting, distribution and service… This adventurous agronomist still travels the world in search of the most exceptional plantations and the most respectful producers and craftsmen.

A sense of taste and smell

Few human beings possess the gift of identifying and expressing the infinite nuances of the fragrances that caress their nostrils, the complex notes of each beverage they enjoy, as much as Emmanuel Dabin. The quality of your espresso machine is crucial to extracting the full power of the aroma and the richness of the subtle flavours from your coffee beans. There are many models to choose from, suitable for horeca, SMEs or domestic use. Emmanuel Dabin will help you to identify the machine whose ergonomics, autonomy, cleaning method, sturdiness and ease of maintenance will satisfy you best. His catalogue only includes machines that he has tested, and that are produced and maintained by professional family-run companies (Jura, Schaerer & WMF, Dalla Corte, Vibiemme, Animo).
